One morning I was home alone with Jett at Grandma's house. I was not feeling so well and I kind of let Jett run around the house and play with his toys, not REALLY paying attention to what specifically he was doing. All of a sudden I could hear him laughing with someone. I run out to the living room to see him playing with my cousin Kimber. Nobody else is around. Kimber is 7.
Me: KIMBER, How did you get here?
K: OH The four wheeler.
Me: By Yourself?
K: UH YEAH. I AM SEVEN.
Granted, she only lives half a mile away, but still! After getting over the thought of how Idaho that was, I decided I kind of liked it. I wish I lived there when the babies will be born, because I could just call her to come over and play with Jett and I wouldn't even need to pick her up. A friend with her own transportation! Too bad they don't have a lot of 4-wheelers in Calgary. Or 7 year old cousins (plus the many others who I would love to live by but AREN'T 7 years old).
I finally got my preciously craved Urban Cowboy Sandwich from Gandolfo's Deli. YUMM and totally worth the wait.
This is my sister in law Katie. She is 35 weeks pregnant and I am 15 weeks here. The first one is a more natural picture of me, the second I am kind of pushing / leaning forward.
If Katie sees this she will freak out and want me to warn you that we had no make up, had been outside all day, and it was Saturday. We did not get ready. Considering that we look hot right?
I am so excited to meet Katie (and Josh)'s sweet little boy sometime in August. He is going to be so spoiled by his two older sisters and hopefully me. Sorry buddy but I am praying you get at least one girl cousin to play with, but girls are still fun right?
