A friend of mine has season passes to Heritage Park, a historic place in calgary with rides, and old houses that you can walk through. I went in Junior High, but never really thought much of it. When Ashley offered to take us, I jumped thinking Jett would LOVE it.

Little man was more than a little nervous to be on the carousel by himself. I started sitting behind him and he wouldn't let me move.
When it was over he was excited for 'MA' (more)
The other kids liked the rides, and the 1" in height that Sam has over Jett means he gets to ride the rides! Maybe next year there will be more options ride-wise.

The train ride did Jett in. I can count on one hand how many times he has slept in his stroller. It was kind of nice!
Jett is at a really tricky age right now in terms of taking him out. He loves to run as far away as he can but he doesn't really understand to listen and come back when I call. He also hates shopping carts, so groceries gets tricky as well.
All in all, it was an adventurous day. I can't wait to go back. Its days when we have fun activities that I feel good as a mom.
